Recent Updates shares the most recent 3 changes to any decision in the Organisation. All Users will see the notification of the change. Only Users with access to the mentioned Decision can click the Decision link to view it.

You can hover over the second row to read the notification in full. Hover over the decision ID number to view the name of the decision.
