The Home page Summary Metrics is a mini-dashboard providing you with the most pertinent 3 statistics relating to decisions in the Decise platform.
Total Decision Value shows the total project value of all pending decisions circulating in your Organisation currently.
The Total Decision Value is sum of the "Project Value" for every decision that has yet to be decided upon. Once a Decision has been marked as "Approved" by the final Approver, "Completed", "Rejected" or "Cancelled", that decision's project value will not be included in this metric.
The number of Imminent Decisions represents how many decisions have been submitted officially for approval. All decisions that are pending an "outcome" from any of the Approvers will be considered "imminent".
Imminent decision, therefore, do not include any Decisions that are in the Open, Published, Completed, Rejected, and Cancelled Stages. They also do not include any decisions that are in the Approved stage, where the 'final' Approver signed off on them.
Once a decision has received final approval, a User can mark the decision as "Completed" if the decision was implemented. A User will be prompted to note if the decision was successfully implemented or not.
Decise keeps track of your Organisation's implementation success rate based on total decisions completed, and how many of them were considered a success by your Organisation.
