Set Up Organization Profile

Personalising your organization in Decise allows you to configure essential information like financial details, decision groups, roles, and permissions. This setup is foundational for making data-driven decisions custom to your organisation's goals, strategy and vision.

What You’ll Need:

- Company Information

- Company Logo

- Financial InformationStrategy Information

Accessing Organization Settings

1. Go to Decise’s login page.

2. Enter your credentials and click Log In.

3. In the left-side menu, select Organization.

Setting Up Your Organization

In the Organization section, you can configure the following:

- Organization Profile

- Organization Details

- Financial Information

- Decision Groups

- Role Permissions

Completing the Organization Profile

To set up your Organization Profile:

1. Click Organization Profile to expand the menu.

2. Complete the following fields:

- Legal Name (Mandatory): The incorporated / legal registered name of the organization.

- Trading Name: The business name that is used to trade publicly.

- Company Industry: The industry the organization operates in.

- Logo: Upload the organization’s official logo.

- URLs: Links to the organization's website.

- Details: Brief description of the organization’s mission or purpose.

- Contact No.: The primary contact number.

- Tax Number: The organisation’s Tax Identification Number.

- No. of Employees: The total number of employees.

- Address: Official registered address.

- Job Titles: List job titles in your organization, or import a CSV file for quick setup, using the upload template provided.

- Departments: List departments within your organization, or import a CSV file, using the upload template provided.

- Contact No.: The primary contact number.

- Tax Number: The organisation’s Tax Identification Number.

- No. of Employees: The total number of employees.

- Address: Official registered address.

- Job Titles: List job titles in your organization, or import a CSV file for quick setup, using the upload template provided.

- Departments: List departments within your organization, or import a CSV file, using the upload template provided.

Download Organization Details

You can download your Organization section into a CSV format. The download displays:

- Organization Details

- Financial Details
