Managing Decise Plans
There are four plans to choose from to gain access to a Decise account. These plans are explained below.
Decise Plans:
- Personal (Free Forever)
- Entrepreneur (Paid)
- Business (Paid)
- Enterprise (Paid)
You can upgrade from a Personal plan to any Paid plan at any time. However once you are on a Paid plan, you can switch between them anytime, but you cannot revert back to a Personal Plan.
All plans are charged in USD$.
Personal Plan
A Personal Plan, which is free forever, is designed for Users that only need to make a handful of decisions. It is for sole traders primarily, therefore the Organization module is not available in this plan. The Administrator of a Personal Plan can still invite a few Participants, such as their Accountant, to support them in the decision they are making.
This Free plan is provided to support all micro businesses be governed in their decision making process, without the hinderance of a cost getting in their way.
New Users to Decise can also use the Personal Plan as a way to checkout Decise's features.
Participant's must also have a Decise account in order to contribute to another Organization's decisions. This free plan allows them to participate without any cost to them.
Entrepreneur Plan
The Entrepreneur plan is suitable for small businesses who now have the power to govern their decision making process in a sophisticated manner, at an affordable price. Entrepreneur plans offer all of the great features of the Decise platform, just with certain limits and thresholds in place such as the number of Users, storage limits, the number of Dashboard views in the month etc.
Business Plan
The Business plan is suitable for medium to large businesses who want unlimited access to Decise. The larger number of Users allowed within the thresholds means that the Organization can freely collaborate and work collectively on important decisions.
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise Plan is our highest level plan for large Organizations looking to transform their decision making process. Enjoy the benefit of all features that Decise has to offer, including prioritised support. Custom options for white labelling Decise and other bespoke requests can be discussed when you are on an Enterprise Plan. Reach out to Decise at [email protected] to discuss your needs.
Free Trial
The Personal Plan is free forever so does not need a Free Trial, however ALL paid plans come with a 30 Day Free Trial period.
When you create a plan with Decise, you will not be prompted to enter your credit card details until the end of your Free Trial period. Your Free Trial period countdown will be shown in the Settings>Subscription area on the left navigation panel.
Once your Free Trial period ends, you will be locked out of your account unless you subscribe and make payment on a paid plan. If you would like to avoid this from happening, you can add a Payment Method at any time.
If you do not subscribe within a two month period, your account will automatically be deleted by Decise. We will not be able to recover any of your lost data in this context,
Upgrade Your Subscription
Upgrading your subscription allows you to access additional features and capabilities within Decise.
1. Go to Settings>Subscription in the left navigation panel.
2. Select the new plan and click the Upgrade button.
3. A pop-up window with details about the new plan will appear, like the image on the right.
4. Click Continue to Upgrade to confirm.
5. Add your Credit Card details in the Payment window.
6. Click Subscribe to complete the upgrade process.
7. A confirmation window will appear if the payment is successful. You will be prompted to login again.
8. Once you re-login, the upgrade will have taken place.
Downgrade Your Subscription
1. Go to Settings>Subscription in the left navigation panel.
2. Select the new plan and click the Downgrade button.
3. A pop-up window with details about the User limits of the lower selected plan will appear, like the image on the right. In order to downgrade, you will first need to remove the number of Users to the allowed threshold of the new plan. You can remove the chosen Users by pressing the "X" in the Action column.
4. Click Continue to Downgrade to finalize the change.
5. You will be prompted to re-login for the subscription changes to take place.
Pressing "x" against a User's name will Delete the Users. You can also choose to Archive Users prior to downgrading, in case you upgrade again in the future.
Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the amount prepaid for the month or year will not be refunded.
1. Go to Settings>Subscription in the left navigation panel.
2. Press the Cancel Subscription button.
3. A confirmation window will appear, press Yes if you want to proceed with the cancellation.
4. You will be prompted to login again for the changes to take affect.
If your Free Trial period has expired, when you cancel your account, you will not be able to enter the platform again without renewing your plan with a Payment.
If you can cancel your account when in a paid period, the cancellation will take place at the end of your billing cycle. You can freely use the Decise platform until then.
