There are four plans to choose from to gain access to a Decise account. These plans are explained in the Managing Decise Plans help article.

Each plan has their respective limits and thresholds, which are explained further below.
Each Decise Plan has varying Decision Limits
A "Decision" is defined as a detailed record displayed in Decise for one initiative your Organization is planning.
Personal Plan: This plan is ideal for individual users who are just exploring Decise or only need to use it for a handful of decisions. It offers a total of 5 Decisions for the entire duration of the free plan, allowing users to explore the basic features and functionality of our platform without any cost.
Entrepreneur Plan: Designed for small business owners and startups, this plan provides 20 Decisions per month. It is perfect for those who need more flexibility and decision-making capacity as they grow their business. The monthly limit ensures that users can continuously make informed decisions to drive their business forward.
Business and Enterprise Plans: These plans cater to larger organizations with more complex needs. They offer an unlimited number of Decisions, providing the freedom and capacity to make as many strategic decisions as necessary. This ensures that businesses can fully leverage Decise to optimize their operations and achieve their goals without any constraints.
Personal Plan (Free)
The Personal Plan (Free) offers a maximum storage capacity of 2GB for the entire duration of the plan. Users can make up to 30 calls to the AI Dashboard each month, providing essential access to AI features while maintaining a streamlined experience.
Entrepreneur Plan
For those seeking additional resources, the Entrepreneur Plan extends the storage limit to 10GB for the life of the plan. This option allows for up to 100 monthly calls to the AI Dashboard, offering enhanced functionality and flexibility for users who require more frequent access to AI capabilities.
Business and Enterprise Plans
Business and Enterprise plans are designed for organizations with extensive needs. These plans come with unlimited storage capacity and unrestricted access to the AI Dashboard, ensuring that businesses can leverage AI technology for their decision-making without limitations. This flexibility supports scalability and robust data management, catering to the demands of larger teams and complex projects.
White labeling is available exclusively for our Enterprise Plan users as a premium, paid service. This option allows you to customize the platform with your branding, including logos, colors, and other elements, creating a seamless experience for your clients. If you're looking to elevate your brand presence and tailor the platform to align with your business identity, this feature is designed for you.

The Personal Plan grants users access to our comprehensive knowledge base, available on our website. This resource provides valuable support by offering detailed guides and solutions to common issues, empowering users to resolve problems independently.
Entrepreneur Plan
The Entrepreneur Plan offers a balanced level of support, including access to our knowledge base and the ability to submit up to 5 technical support requests per month via the Decise ticketing system. This plan is ideal for users who occasionally require direct assistance from our support team while still benefiting from self-service resources.
Business Plan
The Business Plan is designed for users who need more frequent support. It includes unlimited technical support requests, ensuring that users can reach out to our team whenever necessary. In addition to the knowledge base, this plan provides a robust support experience, allowing users to focus on their business operations without worrying about technical hurdles.
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise Plan offers the most comprehensive support package. Users receive unlimited support requests, access to the knowledge base, and additional services such as live onboarding sessions and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. This plan also includes full integration support options and a priority support line, ensuring that enterprise users receive prompt and personalized assistance tailored to their complex needs.
